Good Morning

The city of sails turns orange.
Crazy scenes this afternoon as the smoke fills the skies across Auckland from the bushfires 2000km away in Australia.
Hoping weather conditions across the Tasman improve soon to assist in the fire fighting efforts.

Easter weekend and great weather, I thought I might dust off the camera and head into the city. Unintentionally full moon coincided with my shoot, so I stuck around and got a shot of it rising on the skyline.

Wharariki : Well hey there! Yep, its been a few months since I checked in with you all. Life has been very busy and the photography time has slipped right to the back of the priority list at the moment. But, after a little trip away recently I do have some fresh new images to look at and share with you :D
Wharariki Beach is pretty much on the tip of the far north of the South Island, in my travels around NZ I had never managed to explore this region so I popped it on the priority list, I wasn't disappointed at all.
You may even recognise the rocks from a certain windows wallpaper?
