Just a quick update on a few things to do with H Hair Design.

I will be away from the 15th Oct until 26th Oct on a cruise to Fiji. Please make booking prior or after those dates.

I am booking up super fast for Xmas bookings so please look at your calendars and message through multiple days and times you are available for Dec bookings.

In the last 3 weeks I have had 6 NO SHOW or super last minute cancelations. I have also had alot of people showing up well over 5 minutes late.I do understand for genuine reasons however, I have so many people each week I have to turn away which makes this circumstance extremely frustrating. My new policy will incur a charge of $50 to be paid before your next booking if you are
- late for your appointment
- a no show
- cancel within 12 hours of appointment ( unless for genuine reasons )

Payments for all appointments are now required on day of appointment. If you are unable to pay on the day please arrange with me to Pay prior.

Some appointments may require a price increase due to inflation costs. I have managed to not raise my prices for sometime. However, with a 20 percent increase from my supplier I have no choice.

Most importantly, thanks so much to all my repeat clientele for your loyalty, patience and praises of my work.
