Switching on the “Fricking Switch” on 2020 Goals!
A Happy Start to 2020 for this lot!
So good to utilise an old passion of swim coaching again. A mix bunch of :
-“no I don’t want to get in-😂.
-to can’t swim more then 100mtrs.
-to can’t swim without standing up.
-to almost drowned on a work trip .
Never too late to learn life skills I say.
A different type of Taking Shape right in the city-would u say? Yes right in Parnell. 5mins from The Exercise Room.
Boom! Now that’s switching on the “Frickin switch”

Hi team
Just spent an amazing 4days in sunny Brisbane for the Ph360 Medical Professional development training.
Met An amazing array of doctors and health professionals all committed to helping others fulfil their mission of health and wellbeing .
A huge thank you Mr Matt Riemann 👉(founder of ph360) and Dr.Alberto Goreli (the brains behind the medical work in personal health types).
Your all about to hear a lot more !

So SHAPERS (in the city)..a third of the yr to go! Still time to get it all done 🤙🏾.
So on holiday in honululu and showed up for the Waikiki rough water 4km sea swim!
Repping out All 4 SITC back home.
An awesome event for those mermaids/dolphins and turtles alike /wanna be’ for 2020 .
Change/Charge it up SHAPERS for summer!
Box it-Run it-Hiit it-Swim it-Liit it-whatever your hearts desires .

After a short 4week specific focus -we are here for the 2019 Spartan sprint race -5.5mile course with 20 challenging obstacles thrown in.
Not the most pleasant of weekends weather wise tho we got thru mud-climbing over walls-cargo nets-rope climbing-monkey bars-rings swings-20x2kg jerry can carries-sand bag carry to name a few and at least 100 burpees thrown in .
All in all -everyone home safely tho battered and bruised. We even brought a catergory gold medal home.
