🌱 Behind the Beans: Roasting with Indi

One of our customers (now a friend!) asked me what I was doing while hand-sorting a small batch of beans, so we grabbed the camera and made a little video 🎥.

I explained how we remove defects that can affect flavor – it’s all part of our quality control process to make sure every roast is consistent and delicious. We usually lose between 1–5% of the coffee depending on the batch, which is why we always use specialty grade beans.

These beans are grown with care by farmers who look after their land and communities 🌎. They travel 15,000 km to get here so we can roast them with love and brew them for you in every cup ☕.
