The Bramble

Laphroiag 10 is a one of those wonderful products that you either love or hate. It has a delightful deep smoky, iodine, earthy, saline notes that climb out of the glass to remind you who's boss.

We beautifully balanced it with a complex amaro to give it body and depth. Italian rhubarb liqueur to compliment playfully, a fruity eathy tone. Cinnamon to lift the rhubarb and pair with the whiskies smokiness. Finally some saline to lift all the flavours and add to the maritime notes.
