πŸ“£ This is happening on Tuesday night, 23rd June, 7.30pm online – have you grabbed your ticket yet?

If you've been trying to add more protein but you're still stuck eating chicken breast on repeat, this one's for you!!

My ONLINE High Protein Made Easy cooking class has a great line up of nourishing recipes!

We're making a high-protein menu that keeps you full and satisfied – so you're done with the 3pm crash, the cravings, the mood swings and can final shift some weight.

On the menu (all gluten free):
πŸ”₯ High-Protein Bagels (low carb, 6 ingredients, 17g protein per serve)
πŸ₯‘ Avocado Chocolate Smoothie
πŸ₯¬ Savoury Vegetable Loaf
🫘 Lentil Hummus
🍳 Chicken & Spinach Egg Wraps
🍫 Almond Butter Brownie Bliss Balls

You'll get a copy of every recipe to keep – and those that my mine personally created, you'll get to import them straight into your Cookidoo account. I'll be using my thermie but don't worry, if you don't have one, you'll get the conventional recipes too!

I'll have a couple of cameras set up so you'll see right into the bowl and watch every step – but the real value is the why behind it all, the bits you'll put into practice straight away.

Can't make it live? A replay and the recipes go to everyone who books. πŸ’›

This is what lunch looks like when you actually know how to eat. πŸ™Œβ€¨
Every recipe here does the same job: keeps you full for hours, no spike, no slump, no raiding the pantry at 3pm. That’s the difference protein-first eating makes – and once you see how easy it is, you won’t go back.

Smashed avo and edamame bagels. A chocolate smoothie that tastes amazing. Lentil hummus, savoury vegetable loaf, egg wraps, brownie bliss balls. Just nourishing food.

I’ll show you exactly how to make the lot at my ONLINE High Protein Made Easy online cooking class – this Tuesday, 23rd June, 7.30pm. Every recipe is yours to keep, and there’s a replay if you can’t join live.

$27 only

"Is a Thermomix actually worth it?"

It's the question I get asked more than any other – so let me answer it honestly.

I've had mine for 3 years. And the thing that convinces people isn't the smoothies or the soups, or the salads – it's the bread (especially the people in my realm). I've put the actual numbers in the images above, and they totally surprise most people.

But here's what I'd really say to anyone weighing it up: the maths is different for every household. What you cook, how often, how many you're feeding, if you're accomodating allergies – it all changes whether it pays off for you.

And the timing's pretty good right now – there's a June offer on: $150 off, plus an extra bowl and additional warranty for $200. Worth knowing if you've been on the fence (but only until the 28th June).

So rather than give you a generic answer, I'd love to just talk it through.

Comment YES and I'll touch base for a chat about whether one would actually make sense for your place. No pressure, no hard sell. πŸ™Œ

Do you make your own bread and rolls? Or would you like to?

If you're spending $20+ a week on healthy gluten-free bread and rolls, you need to see this. 🍞

You can't even buy these in a shop – nut-free, grain-free, super healthy. I make mine for about $1 each.

A cafΓ© roll is around $5. A batch of 7 saves me $25–30.

Add a healthy loaf a week and that's – $32 saved – with a Thermomix on the payment plan, it’s about $19 a week, the savings on bread alone more than pays for it , not to mention everything else!! πŸ™Œ

Plus in June you can save $150 off, and add an extra bowl and additional warranty for only $200!!!! οΏ½
