Concept renderings for a modern 10-storey mixed-use apartment building in Albany.
This design features spacious apartments with large private outdoor deck spaces for every unit, convenient street-level retail/shop spaces, and a basement parking lot. 🏬

We transformed this backyard into a stunning oasis, complete with all necessary resource and building consents. The project construction was completed this month. Some of the main features we included are an outdoor fireplace, swim spa, cooking area, outdoor shower and a veranda with operable louvres and glass wall partitions.
