Strawberry Cake with Mascarpone & Cream Cheese Frosting.

Whisked both cheeses and my own strawberry compote to create this frosting. The results surprised me, it was absolutely divine!

Dusted with freeze dried strawberry powder and icing sugar to complete the look.

For a little man who turns 7 today.
