We’ve officially closed our daily operations after 6 incredible years.

What a journey. 6 incredible years of kai, community, laughter, long nights, and big dreams coming to life. I’m so thankful for my family, my friends, my small business friends and every single person who ever lined up, shared a smile, or believed in 275Kai.

As for what’s next… I’m breathing in a fresh break, trusting God, and letting Him lead whatever comes after. If He brought me this far, He’ll carry me into the next season too. To Him be the glory for every open door and every blessing along the way.

If you’re reading this and you’ve been searching for something real, I just want to encourage you to get to know Jesus. Not religion, not pressure… just Him. He’s been my strength through every high and low, and He can be yours too. ❤️

Just a quick update — for the rest of November, we’ll be open Tuesdays to Thursdays, 2–7pm. Our last day of service will be Thursday, November 27th 2025.

It’s been an amazing season on the kai trailer, and we’re so grateful for every smile, every meal, and all the love and support along the way. Though we’ll be wrapping up our regular service, our catering team will continue — so you’ll still see us around serving at events and special occasions!
