💚 Georgia is a creative thinker, problem-solver, and startup enthusiast who thrives on fresh ideas and big challenges. She loves spaces that push boundaries, spark collaboration, and turn “what if” into “why not?” Whether she’s designing, strategising, or diving into a new venture, she believes in the power of learning, sharing, and building something bigger than yourself.

💚 Sacha MacDonald (Ngā Puhi, Ngāti Ruanui, Ngāruahine, and European descent) is a passionate advocate for Māori entrepreneurship with over 20 years of experience in business management, HR, capability development, and accounting. As founder of Rezource and Arewa, she champions workforce development and agile Māori-led business models across Aotearoa. Sacha is also a Te Aka Business Coach, Enterprise Coach with Te Pūtahitanga, and a Startup Weekend facilitator. An Edmund Hillary Fellow and EY Entrepreneurial Winning Woman 2017, she believes business success begins with people and is dedicated to empowering communities through capability building and scalable, purpose-driven ventures.
