We are very excited to begin our new FREE Plant Based Cooking Series tomorrow where we make Asian Inspired Fresh and Cooked Vegetarian Rolls and a Dipping Sauce from scratch... bring along a container and take what you have made home... dinner for tomorrow night sorted! Learn the basics of Rongoa (herbal medicine) in this three week short course. Each week you will learn about different rakau (native plants & herbs). You will learn how to make a wairakau (tea), infused oil or pani (balm) and understand the healing qualities of each of the rakau.

Learn to recognise different rakau (native plants and herbs)
• Learn how different rakau can be used
• Make a rakau infused oil
• Prepare a wairakau (tea)
• Understand the different methods of making traditional pani (balms) and their uses

Duration: 3 weeks, Monday mornings
When: 29 November, 1 & 6 December 10.00am- 12.00pm
