Every morning at Mana, at 6am, Melly and Sammy stand outside and just watch the sky.

Twenty minutes of stillness. And every single time…movement. Light. Activity that doesn’t have an ordinary explanation.

We keep meeting people who are exhausted from trying to heal themselves.

Another experience that leads into searching, reaching, strategising their way to feeling whole, running purely from the mind, while the heart waits quietly in the background, barely consulted.

And we get it. We’ve been there too.
But here’s what we keep coming back to: healing isn’t a strategy. It’s not something you can think your way into.

The most powerful thing you can do for yourself is to stop externalising and learn how to turn inward and say to your own inner child, “I’m here. I’m not leaving. No matter what.”

This Friday, we’re gathering in Sydney for One Heart - an evening devoted to exactly this. Not another strategy session. A return to the heart.

We’ll sit in community (not a bar, for once 😄), share cacao together, break the ice with something as simple as eye contact, and let Mel guide us through a talk on the difference between healing from the mind versus healing from the heart plus, an energy update on what the collective is moving through right now.

There’ll be vocal activation, group heart-led healing, a sound journey, and a closing circle to bring it all home.

One Heart Sydney THIS Friday 💛💛💛

One Heart is a beautiful 3-hour evening of connection, live sound, cacao, and deep rest. A space to step away from the noise of the world and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll begin with ceremonial cacao and a grounded conversation with Melly Rose about the collective shifts so many of us are feeling right now. From there, Samantha May will guide you through a deeply immersive live sound journey featuring voice, crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, chimes, and other sacred instruments.
