Great session today! It is so important to allocate time in your day to away from distractions so you can focus on your breathing, mental health and mindfulness.
Starting with just a few minutes a day, a couple of long breaths in and out through your nose can make a major difference over time.
Finally, a quick reminder to reach out to friends and family, to show gratitude and to try and do something nice for someone else ☺️
Nada Shuddhi Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
This is a simple pranayama breathing technique that promotes mental clarity, inner peace and helps to release built up stress by focusing on breath control.
