90 Burpees
90 Squats
90 Press Ups
180 Mountain Climbers
20 Shuttle runs
6 Laps
= Lots of swearing....Awesome effort, you guys smashed the pack in under 40mins (lucky we had plenty of time for ABs at the end aye :) Made me proud team.....love your work
