Hey everyone, I hope you have had a good little break and are looking forward to getting back into training in 2025.
Our first official night back is going to be Monday January 13th.
Our first few lessons back will be all about getting back into the swing of things and setting some training goals for the year and we'll ramp back up to normal training sessions over the following few weeks until everything is back to normal at the start of February.
With New Zealand temporarily back in lockdown level 4 there will be no training on Wednesday 18th of August.
Please stay home, stay safe and practice your patterns in the back (or front) yard.
