Hi friends, long time no see, sorry not a egg post BUT
I've made real, high quality vanilla paste. It's made with Grade A Mexican, whole vanilla beans that have been imported in. Mexican beans are sweet and spicy. This vanilla paste is NOTHING like you get in a supermarket.

I have 2 sorts available
1st is Appletons Rum yes! You read right, Manuka honey and Mexican beans. This one has sugar in it as well. It has more movement in the mixture as it has the liquid of the Appletons. I store it in the fridge and it will get gluggy in there. When you bake with this one, the alcohol cooks off just like vanilla essence does (that's what a real vanilla essence is) and you're left with the flavours of beans and spices of Appletons. A spoonful in a coffee is nice as well.
I've made this mixture before and it was a big hit! Use as you would with vanilla essence.

Manuka honey and Mexican vanilla bean paste. This is super thick and looks gluggy, 'cause it is! It's 100% pure bean, honey and a touch of vanilla essence. Nothing used to dilute it down (nearly sold out)
