Our Otago team recently got together for their annual Mid-Winter Christmas celebration at Arc Brewing Co. - a fantastic evening for the team and their partners to catch up, unwind, and celebrate everything they've achieved together so far this year.🎄

They were treated to an incredible Christmas-style buffet catered by The Bowling Club - Dunedin - who provide hundreds of low-cost and free meals each day to people who need them most, making them a true Dunedin gem. If you're looking for catering with heart, we couldn't recommend them more!

A big thank you to the Otago Heritage Bus Society Incorporated for their support, and to the Luke Flanders Band for keeping the festive energy high all night long! 🍻

Our Park Ridge site in Queenstown hosted a group of local pupils from Wakatipu High School for a site visit, giving them an opportunity to learn about the project and the construction industry.

The pupils are considering a career in construction and so, the opportunity to hear from our Site Manager, Roger, and HSSQ Coordinator, Fi, was invaluable.

We look forward to having the pupils visit site again as the project progresses on.

We're taking a moment to celebrate some of the incredible women helping bring our St Hilda's Collegiate School refurbishment to life in Otago. 🏗️

From carpenters and health & safety specialists to project administrators and architects, women have played an important role throughout this project.

It's been a real team effort, bringing together professionals from across the project team, including Cook Brothers Construction, Dwelling Architectural Design, DBC Building Services, Contego Systems Ltd, and Bramwell Geeves Scaffolding, alongside many other valued Trade Partners.

There's something pretty special about seeing these women working on a school project. We hope the students walking past the site each day see the many different careers available in construction and the built environment.

A big thank you to everyone involved for all your hard work. We're proud to be creating a space that will serve the St Hilda's community for many years to come.

Exciting times for our Queenstown team as we continue to grow! We’ve recently welcomed some fantastic new faces and brought everyone together for a new starters’ training day.

The highlight was a fun session at Game Over Queenstown - an awesome way to connect and kick off our next chapter together.

Congratulations to our Otago team for their outstanding work on the Annie Stevenson Building (CApSc) at the University of Otago, which recently received a Merit Award in the Heritage and Adaptive Reuse category at the Property Council New Zealand Industry Awards.

This redevelopment project transformed a treasured heritage building into a vibrant, modern workspace for the University’s leadership team - blending innovative design with respect for its historic character.
