If you are struggling to download your vaccine pass the Port Chalmers Pharmacy can issue you with a physical pass.
If you are wanting us to laminate it can you please ask the pharmacist to email it to us as we are unable to laminate a paper copy.

Starting next Friday 3rd December you will be required to produce a vaccine passport card in order to attend events, dine out, get a hair cut, etc
We can print and laminate it for you, just email it to us and we can have it ready for you the next day.
