hey. it's a week.

all you artists and creatively-active folks out there, if you're feeling rage, confusion, uncertainty about how to respond to the injustice of this world, and you wanna do and say something but you don't know how or what, just remember, it's OK to do the slow work. to dream and start imagining a different future. to let new ideas for daring action emerge in their own time.

you don't have to personally solve every problem right now!!! good work takes time. true change takes time. if you wanna be part of he revolution, you gotta move beyond the noise of social and invest in your capacity for "cooling anger" (Jeffrey Stout).

create music that moves and motivates. make art that highlights both the beauty and brokenness of our humanity and which evokes the sense of a truer reality. create spaces for intentional conversation & social generativity. that's the task.
