‘Bribery & Corruption’
I have to admit to being very tempted to enter this photo of and other photogs getting the shot at the Whip-Off last November, into the recent Summer Photo Competition, as was the judge 😉
And hey, mid- November is almost ‘summer’… even if things did get a bit chilly that week… and it rained every day 🥴
But, I thought I’d better not try to curry favour with the judge and just enter some of my images that I’d chosen solely for their photographic merits …but as a I didn’t even make the judge’s extensive shortlist I’m now thinking, maybe I should have after all…🤔 💭 lol !

It’s been a very tough week in this part of the country with Cyclone Gabrielle causing unprecedented devastation across the whole East Coast.
The cyclone has now passed and the flood waters are receding. Power and internet have now been restored.
I’m relieved to be able to report that my family and I are all safe and suffered very minimal damage.
My thoughts and prayers are with the many people who have lost loved ones or have had their homes and livelihoods destroyed by the storm this week 🙏🏼
