There will be a short outage affecting all customers at around 5:00am Friday 16/01/2026. This is for a power upgrade at the Gisborne Exchange. The outage is not expected to last more than ten minutes.

UPDATE: Resolved 12.05pm.
We currently have a network outage. Unfortunately, this is also affecting our phone system, so we do apologise that you can't contact us.

The problem is in Auckland. We have technicians on site working to resolve the fault.

Apologies, we will have this resolved ASAP.

Attention 2talk/VoIP customers: We've been advised by 2talk that they had an outage this morning. If you find your phone is offline, please reboot (turn the power off and on) your Grandstream ATA or your PBX.
