Kangatraining Central Hamilton

*** TERM FOUR CLASS seeking expressions of interest, this will be my last term of Kangatraining ***

Dates : 11th October-6th Dcemwbe (9week block with make up week 19th sept)
Classes run: Wednesday 1.30-2.30
Venue:Chartwell Scout Hall

Cost: $130 for 9 x week block

Carrier hire: if you don't have a carrier or yours is not suitable for Kanga the fee is $10 per term ( class use only).

P.S: in order to join you have to be 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 12 weeks post C section and have clearance to exercise.
