Andrew and Nicky visited Te Kowhai Airpark on Thursday to check in on progress, and the transformation on site is remarkable.

Landscaping and roading are advancing rapidly as the development prepares for titles to be issued in the coming months. It’s clear how much momentum has built, with significant work completed across the site.

We were taking everything in during the visit, so the photos don’t quite reflect the scale of progress — but the vision for this community is really starting to take shape.
