We are pleased to announce Dr Denise Kingi-Uluave as a keynote speaker at The Prevention Imperative: New Zealand Universal Wellbeing Conference 2026.

Dr Kingi-'Ulu'ave is a registered clinical psychologist, Specialist Clinical & Translational Lead across Le Va Pasifika and the Wise Group, and one of New Zealand's leading voices on prevention, wellbeing, and Pasifika mental health.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning mental health, community wellbeing, public health, workforce development, and systems leadership, she has played a significant role in shaping prevention-focused initiatives that strengthen resilience and long-term wellbeing outcomes across Aotearoa New Zealand.

At the conference, Denise will share insights into prevention, culturally grounded wellbeing approaches, workforce sustainability, and the system changes needed to support thriving communities.
