Speaking for myself, my week would been far less if we lost the opportunity to lay on you the likes of The Rock n Roll Trio featuring Johnny Burnette (the greatest Rockabilly band of all time I submit to you boldly and without fear of contradiction). Adding to the thrills, Ken Nordine, Slim Gaillard’s Quartet, the Mighty Diamonds, The Grip Weeds, and Be Bop Deluxe. The Mystery Man put the cherry on top to finalise the fracas with music from Estonia as supplied by Trad Attack and their p***y, spiky joy. Dare I say it? Why not?
