THE BEARDED WEASEL IS JOINING THE TRAVELLING CIRCUS.
after some real lame years with covid, the team had a real long chat about the future of what we wanted to do with weasel and where we saw it going. for us to provide the best experience possible using free range and organic ingredients and paying the team a living wage, we have decided to make the move to a mobile platform. you can expect to see us at events, weddings, and parties in the near future.
so it’s not gone. it’s just a food truck now.
THAT BEING SAID
we have some pretty cool stuff happening for summer in the ex bearded weasel space.

we will let you know what the go is with the old weasel garage in the next few weeks.
ON THAT NOTE a massive thanks to the kitchen team for cooking weasel fried chicken for the past 3 years.

yeah so as you can see, the team have decided to close weasel at the end of the week for winter which means it’s your last chance to get into some bearded goodness before we go bye bye for a few months*
this means a few things but expect bigish changes out in our little patio for summer.
