Existing clients ONLY. You must be comfortable doing your own workout.
Training sessions only, sorry no other services available during this time.

Mon 4th May: 9am-10am and 4:30pm-6:30pm
Tues 5th May: CLOSED
Wed 6th May: 9am-10am and 4:30pm-6:30pm
Thurs 7th May: CLOSED
Fri 8th May: 9am-10am and 4:30pm-6:30pm
Sat 9th, Sun 10th May: CLOSED
Mon 11th May: 9am-10am and 4:30pm-6:30pm
Tues 12th May: CLOSED
Wed 13th May onward: Studio back to normal, appointments are required.
