We’re thrilled to share this beautifully finished home, brought to life by the clever team at Smiths Do Build.

This project features stunning exterior timber detailing in the custom garage door to the louvred privacy screen' seamlessly integrated within the cladding, creating a warm, cohesive exterior.

Inside, the high-end finishes continue with a beautifully detailed kitchen, bathrooms, and custom joinery that elevate the overall design.

A fantastic collaboration by all involved and an exceptional result!

We’re excited to share a first look at one of our latest designs – a contemporary new build nestled in the stunning Wanaka landscape.

Interiors coming together -

Carpet, timber flooring and wall + ceiling timbers all working in harmony, all locked in and ready for this stunning new build to take shape.

We love guiding our clients through their interior choices, making the process easier and decisions clearer with our guiding hand every step of the way. When you’re working with three different timbers in one space, it’s no small feat, but together, we’ve absolutely nailed it.
