Sean has officially made the final 8 for the inaugural New Zealand Sign & Display Association (Incorporated) Young Signee of the Year (YSOTY) competition and will represent us proudly at the NZ Sign and Print Expo.

Competitors from across New Zealand will battle it out live in a series of practical signmaking challenges, competing for:

Our Creation crew supplied Mana Charters Bluff with flash new hoodies, designed in-house and printed using our Direct-To-Film (DTF) garment printer.

Mana Charters boss Shane provided a sketch drawing for the skull graphic on the back and our talented team turned it into reality. ☠️

In a world of digital everything, there’s still something special about a brush and a steady hand.

Our hand-painting maestro Nathan brought some old-school craftsmanship to life on the Baz Janssen Building truck with traditional hand-painted signage at our workshop this week.

Long before large-format printers, this was how it was done – real and authentic. Every stroke done by hand. No shortcuts. Just years of experience to hone skill, patience and precision.

It’s pretty cool to still see the art of signwriting still making an impact. Let’s face it, some traditions are too good to lose.
