Kia ora Compass community, unfortunately we have to close tomorrow for circumstances outside of our control. Which is a shame as it's been beautiful (and very busy) the last few days! But, as we all know, life can throw the odd spanner in the works, and you just have to roll with it. We will be back up and running on Thursday 25 June and hope to see you all then. Big week (and weekend) at Compass Coffee 🧭☕

Last Wednesday we joined Too Good To Go as part of their Wellington launch, helping rescue good food from going to waste, one surprise bag at a time. We’re also actively looking at improving our waste and recycling options at the café, alongside these sustainability steps, more to come on that soon!

Last weekend we were honoured to cater the opening of Tupua Horo Nuku/Eastern Bays pathway. What a special community event and a such a privilege to support. Huge thanks to Hutt City Council for the opportunity.

And… we’ve added two new bike racks outside the café 🚲 so it’s even easier to stop in on your ride around the bays!

To top it all off, today was our busiest trading day ever. Honestly, we’re a bit blown away. Thank you for backing a small local business, every coffee, every catering order, every visit matters.
