The fitness industry has a massive education problem. I say that with over 17 years as a Personal Trainer running my own gym. Online certifications promise "become a PT in 6 weeks" and create underprepared trainers who:

- Don't understand scope of practice
- Can't properly assess movement
- Think Instagram exercises are good programming
- Have never coached a real human through struggle

This hurts the trainers who fail within the first year of business and the clients who get injured or get no results. Also, it hurts the industry which is losing credibility daily.

We propose a solution. An intensive, 5 week practical education that prioritizes competence over convenience. Get CPD points as you learn as well.
