The brief for this build was to create an area for entertaining outdoors with a link to the house. Groundbreakers Landscaping Ltd designed and built this wonderful extension to the clients living space. We extended and reclad the old kwila deck, created an outdoor room with a clear polycarbonate roof to allow light into the house. Shutters were built into the sides of the extension and a bespoke kitchen/bbq space was created. The kitchen includes custom made granite benchtop, garapa slat fascia with built in cabinetry, a fridge and sink to accompany the built in BBQ. An entertainers dream. Down from the deck, granite pavers in two shades create a space for the spa pool and outdoor dining. A new lawn, custom built seating and planting finish off the space. At night the space comes alive with subtle lighting. A wonderful job to be involved with.
