Hey everybody,
Sorry it has taken me so long to post this but I think it’s time now so with much sadness we will be losing our amazing beautiful barista Katie this Saturday.

Not only has Katie impacted a lot of lives teaching her amazing barista skills, but she has also made a forever family here at the Habitat for Humanity Nelson community and her shoes will be very hard to fill.

Please pop on down to the cafe this week to wish her the best and get your famous “coffee made by Katie”, I just know she’ll love being bombarded for her last week 🤣 make it count!

Katie Guild you have grown into such an amazing person, so from our whole team and the surrounding habitat hub we wish you all the best in spreading you wings in another part of the country 😢
Please remember you will always be welcome to visit us, but you're making the coffees!!!

I tried guys, I really did!
But with the winter blues hitting our team, and in order for us to all heal and get better we need to rest and close tomorrow Saturday 15 June.

Please bare with us while we recoup ready for your favourite smiles and coffee next week.

We will continue to do our part at the Nook. to eliminate bullying by celebrating diversity and promoting kindness and inclusion, but not just on days like today but every single day of the year.
