This is the Reverse Monkey Single Leg, performed at two very different stages.

The first video was filmed before Kerri's second hip replacement. The second was just six weeks after surgery.

Through consistent Contrology practice, Kerri prepared her whole body with strength, mobility and connection. She returned to Pilates just three weeks after surgery, gradually easing back into her practice.

Her words say it best:

"I began Pilates before my first hip replacement in 2023, but I'd only been practising for six months. This time, after years of Pilates and preparing with Elaine before surgery, the difference has been incredible.

At my six-week check-up I had no pain, was walking 5 km a day, back at Pilates, and my surgeon described my recovery as phenomenal.

Thank you, Elaine, for helping me go into surgery stronger and recover with confidence. I can't imagine having done it without you."

Kerri's journey reminds us that consistent Contrology practice is about more than mastering exercises. It's about building a stronger, more resilient body for whatever life brings.
