A massive thank you to everyone who joined us tonight for our Matariki celebration.
Matariki is all about reflection, connection, and looking ahead, and seeing our school community come together tonight embodied exactly that. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy weeks to pause, share a meal, chat, and just be together.
Our students were incredibly proud to show off their learning and their spaces to you—their excitement was definitely the highlight of the evening!

A Huge Thank You to Bike Hub!
A huge thank you to Bike Hub for generously gifting Alex and Rachell a bike each to own and enjoy. Both students have loved riding their bikes to and from school and have been making the most of Nelson Intermediate's pump track during break times.

Your kindness and generosity have made a real difference. Thanks again, Bike Hub – you guys are legends!

Unbelievable effort from our Nelson Intermediate Rippa Team today!

Our amazing squad headed over to Jubilee Park to compete in the TRU Rippa tournament. Facing off against 12 highly competitive mixed teams from all over the Tasman region, our kids tore through the competition, going UNDEFEATED in all 5 of their pool games! 😱

They made it all the way to a nail-biter finish, just missing out by a single point in an incredibly tight playoff. We couldn't be prouder of their skills and sportsmanship.

A HUGE thank you to all the parents, whānau, and supporters who helped transport the kids and cheered them on from the sidelines.
