A clearance report doesn’t always mean a site is completely asbestos-free—it confirms there is no asbestos within the specified scope. Some areas may be excluded if removal is too difficult before demolition. Here are some example of asbestos fibre cement in the subfloor of a building that was excluded from a recent asbestos clearance report.

Sealing the tunnel—progressing but no easy task!
Ika and the team are hard at work sealing the mezzanine floor area at roof level, carefully working around a maze of services, beams, and cable trays to ensure a tight, compliant seal. Progress is going well!
