🔴ATTENTION YEAR 4 - 8 STUDENTS🔴
Karaka Sports is excited to announce the launch of a brand-new Fitness and Conditioning Programme designed to help prepare students for their winter sports codes.

This programme is not sport specific, making it perfect for students involved in any sport — rugby, netball, football, hockey, basketball, or those simply wanting to improve their overall fitness and confidence.

Led by experienced coach and educator George Glover, this programme goes beyond physical training. Students will also learn how to manage stress, pressure, and competitive situations, key skills that support performance both on and off the field.

🕓 When: Mondays & Wednesdays
🕓 Time: 4:00pm – 5:30pm
📅 Dates: February 2 – April 1, 2026
💲 Cost: $300 per student
📍 Where: Karaka Sports Park
👥 Who: Year 4–8 students

Each 90-minute session will include:
✅ Goal Setting
✅ Fitness Testing
✅ Strength & Conditioning
✅ Agility & Speed
✅ Game-Based Training
✅ Stretching & Recovery
