Positive Papakura
#PositivePapakura is a way of helping our local businesses, families and groups come together as one
This morning on Porchester Road, a wallet fell onto the road from a moving vehicle, with a lot of notes flying everywhere in the wind.
And man and I both stopped to collect what we could, with the man saying he would drop the wallet to the police station. I met the owner of the wallet who had realised what had happened and told him it was being dropped off to the police. I dropped off what I found left behind to the police station, where I saw the owner of the wallet had just received everything from the police and was obviously pretty happy.
From the moment the money was flying to the moment the man had his money and wallet back was less than 10 minutes. Quick bit of praise out to the people who show respect for others and to show how effective it is dropping items off to our local police.
Have a great day Papakura 😄
👏🏼 I am really looking forward to watching this, I am sure our community is too.
