Two Feathers

A few days on Rakiura Stewart Island, somewhere wild and deeply grounding.

This trip feels like a soft continuation of everything I’ve been stepping into… more presence, more connection, more listening.

There’s something about being surrounded by ocean and forest and the bird song that gently strips everything back. The noise quiets, the nervous system settles, and I can hear myself again, clearly.

I’ve been craving this kind of space, not to escape life, but to meet it more fully. To slow down enough to feel it all, to appreciate what’s here, and to honour how far I’ve come.

Grateful for this pause, for love beside me, and for the quiet kind of magic that doesn’t need to be loud to be felt.

Taking this time to gently refill my own cup… I’ll be back next week, holding space for biofield tuning sessions with a full heart.
