The team at the Remarkables Market have a hefty goal of becoming New Zealand's first zero-waste market. They've introduced initiatives like a convenient mug library which means you don't have to remember a reusable cup.
This season they're continuing their journey by collaborating with DISHrupt to serve food on reusable plates and bowls 🙌
