As we approach the colder months, and feel the pull to hibernate and snuggle in the warmth of home. It is an important time to maintain your self-care practices and well-being.

I have called this month All about Me May, focusing on bringing back good habits and routines to help me get through these coming winter months.

So if you are a reiki regular or reiki curious, this is a fabulous time to get yourself some balance and get your energy realigned.

🌺Reiki is non-invasive and can be used by anyone from babies to the elderly.
🌺Reiki is known for work for people with many different ailments such as Mental Health, Cancer patients, ME/Chronic Fatigue and Pain, Stress Management and Pre / Post Op.
