Playful Balance starts tomorrow! A special 3-class yoga series led by Elena. This intermediate-level series is designed as a welcoming, focused space to explore and expand your practice.

What to Expect
Each 60-minute flow is intentionally built around a single "peak pose" that challenges both your strength and your flexibility.

We will move through a clear, mindful sequence that gradually warms, opens, and prepares your body, ensuring you feel confident and ready by the time we reach our peak pose. Modifications will be offered for all levels, so you can safely practice at your own pace! ❤️

Three Peak Poses
June 10th: Bird of Paradise * A striking standing balance focusing on deep shoulder mobility and hip flexibility.

June 17th: Candy Cane * A beautiful backbend and balance combination that challenges your full-body control.

June 24th: Side Crow * A fun, rewarding arm balance focusing on core stability and upper body strength.

WINTER WORKSHOP AT THE SPACE
THAI BODYWORK with Patti
This introduction to thai bodywork uses a combination of pressure, gentle rocking and assisted stretches. Using body weight and deeper listening, develop awareness, connection and surrender through partner yoga and thai massage techniques.

Winter solstice is coming. 108 sun salutes will be a self-led practice this year. We'll open the door and invite you to come in and practice sun salutes at your own pace for 1 1/2 hours including time to settle and intergrate at the end.
