It gives me great excitement to welcome the lovely Nicole into the Lifted team, as an instructor at our Raglan Studio.

Originally from Vancouver Island, Canada, Nicole moved to Wellington in 1997 before calling Raglan home with her partner in late 2025.

Nicole discovered the Reformer in 2015 while healing her lower back herniations along with neck and shoulder issues AND nerve damage from GBS.
It was such a turning point and completely changed the way she approached movement & recovery. Because of this, Nicole has a strong empathy and understanding for those working through injury.

Nicole trained as a Pilates instructor in 2020 and spent 6 years teaching at Tiaki Physio and Pilates in Wellington.

Her education has continued with further training in rehabilitation, as well as pregnancy and post natal Reformer.

Alongside teaching on Saturday morning & Monday evenings at Lifted, she also works at Raglan Physio.
Nicole is so passionate about Reformer Pilates, and loves the energy of a group class and can’t wait to connect with the community through movement.
