Standard dowels just didn’t belong in this kitchen. We wanted matching bamboo dowels — but they weren’t available.
So we made our own. 🙌

When opportunity and bamboo aligned 🌿
We’ve been waiting for the right project to fully explore bamboo, and this Whāingaroa Raglan home by felt like that quiet alignment.
It gave us the chance to dive deep into the material—its warmth, texture, and possibilities—but it also came with challenges, testing, and trialling every step of the way.
