☕ Coffee for a Cause! ☕
Our Tourism & Hospitality cohort recently hosted a beautiful kaupapa here at WACT!
Kaimahi donated essential items like toiletries and non-perishable kai and, in return, enjoyed a delicious coffee made by our talented cohort.
All donated items were gifted to Rotorua Charitable Trust, who ensure these essentials reach our whānau in the community.
Ngā mihi nui to everyone who contributed
This week, our Tourism & Hospitality cohort visited Whakarewarewa The Living Maori Village.
A big mihi to their amazing guide Miriama - her knowledge and passion truly inspired our rangatahi. They learned about the rich history, cultural traditions, and daily life within the village.

Whanaungatanga!
Last week, our Building & Construction cohort came together for a team-building day at Otumuheke Stream. This is essential for building strong bonds and friendships that will support them throughout the program. Friendships uplift the wairua and help keep each other accountable on this journey.
