🌙 WEEK 3 THEME — SLEEP

Two weeks in. The challenge is real, the leaderboard is moving, and this week we’re focusing on the thing most people neglect the most — sleep.

You can train hard every day and still leave results on the table if you’re not sleeping properly. Growth hormone, recovery, focus, energy — it all happens while you rest. This week we want you to treat sleep like part of your training.

🌙 Aim for 7–9 hours every night
📵 Screens off 30 minutes before bed
💪 Your body builds fitness while you sleep — don’t skip the most important session of the day

Coming up this week:
⚔️ The Dementor’s Kiss — Friday’s challenge. Hold on as long as you can.
👗 Full Kit Friday — House colours in class. 2pts per member, bonus 10pts if 80% of your House shows up in kit.
