Bittersweet goodbyes to my clients, students and friends ❤️ thank you to everyone who was involved in CWE studio space through covid and all the ups and downs that the last couple of years have been the studio really was a place to connect, workout and just have a great time ❤️ life long friendships were made and I will forever cherish the beautiful memories made in this space. CWE dance gigs and corporate events will continue but classes and the sweat ups will come to a stand still as I close one chapter and begin the next 🎉 to my cwe family I can’t thank you enough for being part of my journey whilst back in Nz I’m only ever a message, phone call or email away ❤️❤️❤️ Chloe # # #

Hey CWE fam just letting everyone know especially those that have class passes. Classes will only be available in the studio space till March 16th. Some classes will only be offered online after this date.

We have absolutely loved all of the clients that have come through the doors and the relationships made but it’s time to move forward and with lots of changes in the pipeline and moving locations we made the choice to take a step away from the studio space and close the doors for now 😊 it’s not the end for CWE just a small change of location, any issues or queries please reach out otherwise I will see you in the studio or online ❤️ Chloe and the team xx

Suspension class is for all ages and ability’s, come and train in a fun, friendly environment. With this class you will notice results in no time, this is a full body workout in and out in 45 mins! 💪🏽

This weekend we had our mini showcase for CWE comp team, mantra and mvps my mixed ability class 😊 so proud of every one who performed, I forgot to take photos as we were so flat out! Everyone performed their hearts out and it was such an enjoyable show for everyone who came to watch, seeing the progress each student has made is so rewarding and to watch them thrive in the spotlight makes all the hard work worth it❤️
