A few years ago, Kick for a Cause was just an idea in our heads.

There are no words to describe how special it has been to watch a community build around both the event, and the cause behind it 💕

And there are even less words to describe how special it is to watch that community come together in real-time, uniting on the sides of a football field to back The Salvation Army Rotorua.

Our players may have been fast on the field, but our photographers Grace and Thomas are even faster, with photos from Sunday's charity match now rolling in 🥰

Our MC and commentators said it best - the real winner from Kick for a Cause is, and always will be, The Salvation Army Rotorua.

But while we continue to tally up the total raised, our teams deserve another moment of celebration.
