On Friday last week we lost our original foundation member of Formula Fit, one of life’s true champions - Susan Amos.
Sue was truly one of a kind.
With a gigantic heart and a heck of a right hook, I was truly blessed to have trained Susan for nearly 15 years. Not a workout, Christmas morning tea or chat went by that I took for granted.
Susan, I will forever miss our time together, but I am truly honoured to have spent as much time as we did together.
