💚💛 HAYDEN PEARCE – 50 GAME BLAZER 💛💚

While our Senior Boys side fell narrowly to Central Pirates, 30–29, in a match that could not have been much closer, Saturday evening gave us the opportunity to celebrate one of our own and recognise a milestone that reflects years of commitment to Te Anau Rugby Club.

Firstly, a huge thank you to Central Pirates Rugby Club for making the trip to Te Anau. As always, we appreciate the effort involved in travelling and wish you all the best for the remainder of the season.

Fifty games is a significant achievement, but numbers only tell part of the story.

Anyone who knows Hayden knows that his contribution to Te Anau Rugby Club extends far beyond what happens on the field. Whether it's training, game day, fundraising, helping behind the scenes, lending a hand when something needs doing, or simply turning up when the club needs support, Hayden is always there.

He is the definition of a club man.

Hayden wears the green and gold with pride and passion, and over the years has become someone teammates, coaches, supporters and committee members can always rely on. His dedication to the club, his teammates and the jersey is something that doesn't go unnoticed.

Congratulations Hayden on reaching 50 games for Te Anau Rugby Club. This achievement is thoroughly deserved and reflects not only your contribution on the field, but also the person you are off it.

👏 We also took the opportunity to recognise Damo, Dom and Jack, who received their 5 game ties on Saturday evening. Congratulations lads on reaching your milestones and thank you for your ongoing commitment to the club.
